| BAPC comprises a cross-section of individuals who are interested in increasing the effectiveness of drug and alcohol prevention programs, either through direct services or support of other organizations that are engaged in prevention work. Serving the communities of Putney, Brattleboro, Dummerston and Guilford, the coalition offers parent education courses; brings prevention partners and experts into classrooms, all-school assemblies, and after-school programs; sponsors school-based “Prevention Nights”; and organizes refusal-skills training for area youth.

| Offers parenting courses for K-3 (Supporting School Success) and 4th-8th (Guiding Good Choices) grade families and resources related to substance use and abuse prevention.
